Experience

Before joining DIMAC in 2018 as an Associate, Mr. Hoàng Thanh Tuấn spent nearly seven (07) years of experience working at the Business Registration Management Department, under the Ministry of Planning and Investment (now part of the Ministry of Finance), where he was responsible for and managed legal issues related to business registration.

During his time there, Mr. Tuấn directly involved in drafting pivotal legislation impacting enterprises and investment activities in Vietnam, including the Enterprise Law, the Investment Law, and their guiding regulations. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Mr. Tuấn was promoted to Counsel in 2023.

Leveraging the expertise gained from his Master’s degree in Investment from the University of Birmingham (UK) in 2012, along with the practical experience acquired during his time at the Ministry, Mr. Tuấn has played a key role at DIMAC in advising foreign investors on entering the Vietnamese market, as well as assisting domestic investors in exploring promising international opportunities. He has also been directly involved in advising on joint investment transactions in real estate projects, mergers and acquisitions, and has provided highly effective legal support for major enterprises in their share and securities offerings.
