08/01/2026At the 9th session, the 15th National Assembly adopted Resolution No. 222/2025/QH15 dated 27 June 2025, effective from 01 September 2025 (“Resolution 222/2025”), providing the legal framework for the establishment and operation of the International Financial Centre in Vietnam (the “IFC”).
