Experience

Uyen obtained her degree of bachelor (LL.B) at the Law University of Ho Chi Minh City in 2005. Prior to joining DIMAC, Uyen worked at Trinh Nguyen & Partners for over 10 years, focusing and specializing in corporate, commercial investment and labor law.

Specifically, Lawyer Uyen can provide legal support to domestic and multinational companies on legal matters related to corporate affairs, foreign investment, company establishment, capital transfer, mergers and acquisitions, internal disputes, labor issues and others that clients may encounter when doing business and operations in Vietnam.

With her extensive experience and profound legal expertise, combined with her dedication and professionalism, Ms. Uyen can support corporate clients in resolving complex legal matters, thereby contributing to their sustainable development.

As of 2012, Ms Uyen has been a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
