Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thao is one of the core Senior associates of DIMAC in Ho Chi Minh City, who is in charge of licensing, corporate, M&A and investment into Vietnam.

Ms. Thao has more than ten (10) years of law practicing experience in the areas of investments, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, and corporate. Before joining DIMAC, Ms. Thao has four (04) years working at Prime Law LLC – a boutique law firm in Vietnam, and around two (02) years being legal counsel for the high-ranked real estate enterprises in Vietnam, then plays an essential member of Licensing, Corporate and M&A team.

Ms. Thao has advised and worked for high-profile international and domestic clients, such as Manulife Vietnam, Herbalife, PepsiCo Vietnam, Becker Vietnam, Viet Thai International Group, and many other FDI companies in Vietnam.
