The year 2025 marked a breakthrough chapter for DIMAC, defined by a series of major milestones. On 12 February 2025, Mr. Luong Thanh Quang formerly a Senior Lawyer at Rajah & Tann LCT and VN Counsel joined DIMAC as Counsel in Dispute Resolution, strengthening the firm’s capability to handle complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. On 6 March 2025, DIMAC became the sole member firm of Ally Law in Vietnam, expanding collaboration with a global law-firm network and enhancing DIMAC’s capacity to support clients in cross-border transactions.

On 6 September 2025, DIMAC was appointed as legal counsel to the Hanoi Ring Road 4 Project Consortium, with a total investment of VND 56,050 billion. This engagement further reinforced DIMAC’s credentials in advising on BOT contracts and legal risk management for large-scale infrastructure projects work that demands deep regulatory knowledge, strong legal–financial structuring capability, and the ability to design practical, implementable solutions.

In parallel, on 15 September 2025, DIMAC inaugurated its new office at Room 1101, Empress Tower, and undertook a comprehensive brand refresh (including a new logo, messaging, and website) to deliver a more consistent client experience and reflect a higher service positioning. During the year, DIMAC’s Managing Partner continued to be recognized as a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific (extending the 2023–2024–2025 recognition). On 28 November 2025, Mr. Pham Quoc Tuan joined a panel at the CFO Summit 2025, underscoring his role as a trusted senior advisor to the business community.

This breakthrough journey culminated in DIMAC’s 10th Anniversary Celebration on 5 December 2025 at Saigon Prince Hotel – an occasion to express appreciation to clients, partners, and the team, while opening a new growth phase built on strong internal capabilities, an expanded global collaboration network, and continuously elevated service standards.
