In 2019, DIMAC continued to demonstrate steady and sustainable growth, expanding to four Partner-level lawyers and 26 legal professionals (including Associates, Junior Associates, and Paralegals) across three offices. This organizational strengthening further enhanced DIMAC’s capacity to deliver legal advisory and dispute resolution projects with rapid response times, standardized processes, and consistent service quality firm-wide.

DIMAC’s Hanoi office was expanded and upgraded in August 2019, creating a more professional working environment for the team while improving the client reception experience. The enhanced infrastructure and workplace conditions strengthened internal coordination, supported the attraction and retention of top talent, and enabled DIMAC to better meet the growing advisory needs of clients in Northern Vietnam.

2019 also marked an increase in trust from leading brands such as Novaland, CT Group, Tien Phuoc, Tiki, Suntory PepsiCo, Alibaba, and Hitachi partners who selected DIMAC to support them on significant legal projects. This confidence is a clear testament to DIMAC’s professional reputation, the practicality of its legal solutions, and its long-term commitment to accompanying the business community in Vietnam.

In parallel with its advisory work, DIMAC hosted three client seminars throughout the year, sharing key legal updates and practical insights to help businesses strengthen risk management and enhance compliance in their operations.
