• Advise on legal aspects of the M&A transaction, including reviewing and counseling on documents of the transaction. We provide suggestions and/or alert related to the transaction for the Client’s opinion;
• Support or represent the Client in negotiating with the seller/acquirer to reach agreement on the transaction;
• Prepare agreement and documents between Client and the seller/acquirer based on result of the negotiation;
• Represent the Investor in submitting application dossier, provide any explanation or demonstration with Vietnamese authorities to proceed the transaction and conduct any necessary procedures under the law for the transaction to take effect;
