Commercial mediation

The settlement of commercial disputes by arbitration is becoming popular because of many advantages of this method, such as tailor of arbitration procedures for commercial disputes, right to choose arbitrators to resolve the dispute, confidential guarantee and arbitral tribunal’s jurisdiction from parties’ agreement. The Law on Commercial Arbitration No. 54/2010/QH12 permits the application of arbitration for the settlement of disputes arising from commercial activities.
