It is officially notified that we are currently seeking qualified candidates for one (01) Associate for Investment & Corporate with details as follows:

 

Job Description
  • Client Engagement: Efficiently understand clients’ objectives and requirements in investment and corporate matters; conduct thorough research and analysis of legal documents to establish robust legal grounds.
  • Document Drafting and Review: Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including agreements, contracts, MOUs, due diligence reports, internal policies, labor regulations, and other corporate materials.
  • Licensing and Compliance: Draft and review application files and collaborate with state licensing bodies to secure necessary licenses, approvals, permits, and certificates.
  • Case Management: Independently manage assigned investment, corporate, or M&A projects, including direct interactions with foreign clients at various stages of transactions.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Maintain and foster strong relationships with state authorities to facilitate case resolutions.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as delegated by Partners and Senior Associates.

 

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Nationality: Vietnamese.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law is required; an LLM is an advantage.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience at a reputable local or international law firm specializing in corporate, investment advisory, and M&A transactions is preferred.
  • Professional Credentials: Must be a qualified lawyer and a member of the Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh Bar Association.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of legal procedures in investment and project-related work, with the confidence to handle assignments independently.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong logical and critical thinking, legal analysis, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Work Management: Ability to manage a diverse workload efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, creative, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet research, and Outlook.
